This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Formulate and implement a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the company's vision for its RPA, AI, and Automation Services portfolio, which includes SaaS and BPO solutions.
• Identify, qualify, nurture, and secure new logo opportunities across SaaS, BPO, and Automation sectors by utilizing existing sales and marketing channels.
• Create client-focused proposal responses (RFI/PQQ/RFP/ITT/RFQ) that resonate with established win themes and value propositions.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-achieving sales team to consistently surpass individual and collective targets.
• Promote a collaborative, innovation-driven sales culture that emphasizes ongoing improvement.
• Enhance operational efficiency throughout the sales lifecycle, converting strategic objectives into measurable and actionable initiatives.
• Actively generate a sales pipeline through networking, cold calling, account-based outreach, and other demand-generation efforts.
• Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, industry influencers, and potential clients.
• Elevate the WonderBotz brand and effectively position partner brands within the market.
• Work closely with product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure that sales strategies align with broader business objectives.
• Proven track record as a Senior Sales professional/Sales Leader in the technology industry, preferably with experience in selling SaaS solutions, BPO services, and Automation (RPA/AI) products.
• Strong technical knowledge of AI-driven contact center solutions and RPA platforms (such as UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, etc.).
• Practical expertise across pre-sales, sales, and solutioning cycles.
• Demonstrated capability to develop persuasive proposals in response to RFPs and enterprise procurement processes.
• Excellent client engagement skills at both C-suite and operational levels, with the ability to design and facilitate executive workshops.
• Exceptional team-building, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven history of identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to expand market presence in the RPA, SaaS, and BPO sectors.
