This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Take charge of the complete enterprise sales process: including prospecting, discovery, value mapping, business case development, multi-threading, negotiation, and closing.
• Develop the segment from the ground up by establishing and executing a targeted territory and account strategy.
• Engage with senior stakeholders across transactional practices through compelling storytelling, customized demos, and ROI-driven narratives.
• Implement structured opportunity plans.
• Attain product fluency in solutions that facilitate transactional and diligence-heavy workflows.
• Generate a strong pipeline through disciplined outbound efforts.
• Coordinate internal resources to advance multi-stakeholder opportunities.
• Foster internal alignment and influence.
• Uphold strict forecasting practices and maintain CRM hygiene.
• A minimum of 4 years of proven B2B software/SaaS sales experience with large law firms.
• High-agency operator.
• Demonstrated drive and resilience.
• Coachable and open to feedback.
• Strong relationship management and business development skills.
• Excellent communication and influence abilities.
• Proficient in modern sales methodologies such as MEDDICC, Challenger, and Solutions Selling.
