This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Accountable for driving revenue growth and enhancing strategic relationships within designated global accounts.
• Formulate and implement global account strategies that align with SGS's business goals.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing communication and service delivery across various SGS business lines and affiliates.
• Propel revenue growth by cultivating relationships with key decision-makers and uncovering new opportunities within the account.
• Oversee global agreements, contracts, and commercial relationships with assigned accounts.
• Assess account performance against KPIs, service level agreements, financial objectives, and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Lead routine business reviews, performance assessments, and business development meetings.
• Ensure timely delivery of reports, invoices, and communications while monitoring revenue trends and Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).
• Address service delivery challenges and manage claims to uphold robust client relationships.
• Monitor market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities that affect the account.
• Advocate for the SGS brand, showcasing capabilities and integrity while ensuring adherence to SGS policies, safety standards, and the Code of Integrity.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent educational background in Analytical Sciences, Engineering, or a related business field.
• At least 5 years of experience in account management, customer service, or other relevant roles, with a proven track record of success.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in the TIC industry relevant to the business unit.
• Experience working in international or multi-cultural settings.
• Proficient in English, with additional language skills considered an advantage.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
• Familiarity with Salesforce for pipeline management, forecasting, and client relationship tracking.
