This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Arab Emirates (UAE).
• Take ownership of and achieve Redpin's commercial objectives in the UAE.
• Develop and oversee a well-organized pipeline of partnerships with real estate developers — including off-plan, master developers, and mid-tier firms.
• Lead the complete deal execution process: from origination and qualification to commercial negotiations and closing.
• Identify and prioritize the most valuable developer targets throughout the UAE.
• Establish and nurture relationships with CFOs, COOs, and Heads of Sales within targeted developer organizations.
• Position Redpin as an infrastructure partner rather than a vendor.
• Manage the commercial relationship post-signature, ensuring activation and growth.
• Monitor developer market trends, competitor actions, and regulatory developments.
• Update senior leadership on pipeline status, deal progression, and market insights.
• Represent Redpin at industry events, panels, and conferences as a credible authority on cross-border capital movements.
• Proven experience in closing complex, high-value B2B deals, preferably within payments, proptech, financial services, or related industries.
• Background in selling to C-suite executives in the UAE real estate or financial services sectors.
• Extensive knowledge of the UAE developer landscape, including key players, their commercial operations, and areas of payment complexity.
• Ability to navigate regulated environments; you understand compliance requirements and can discuss them confidently without legal support in every meeting.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a significant advantage.
