This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities throughout Europe.
• Build and utilize a robust network within the pharmaceutical and biotech sectors.
• Promote Alphanumeric’s offerings in: Medical Information, Contact Centers, Consulting & Optimization for Contact Centers, Medical Scientific Liaison (MSL) Support Services, Pharmacovigilance Solutions, as well as Artificial Intelligence & Data Analytics.
• Create strategic account plans and oversee the entire sales cycle.
• Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to develop persuasive solutions.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
• Meet and surpass revenue targets.
• Proven history of success in B2B sales within the pharmaceutical/life sciences industry.
• Strong existing network among European pharmaceutical/biotech organizations.
• Experience in selling services such as medical information, pharmacovigilance, consulting, or digital/AI solutions.
• Demonstrated capability to generate leads, build pipelines, and close complex deals.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a highly proactive, “hunter” approach.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English (additional European languages are advantageous).
