This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia.
• Lead efforts to acquire new customers throughout Malaysia.
• Develop and oversee a robust sales pipeline via proactive outreach strategies.
• Take ownership of the entire sales process, including discovery, solution development, proposal presentation, and closing deals.
• Foster relationships with senior stakeholders such as HR, Finance, and Payroll leaders.
• Partner with organizations like BPOs and system integrators to identify co-selling opportunities.
• Meet and surpass revenue goals consistently.
• 6 to 12 years of experience in B2B sales.
• Familiarity with HRMS, Payroll, SaaS, or outsourcing solutions.
• Demonstrated track record of securing new business.
• Experience in independently managing the complete sales cycle.
• Proven ability to generate strong pipelines through outbound efforts and networking.
• Excellent communication skills and effective stakeholder management.
• A commercial mindset with an emphasis on value-based selling techniques.
