This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Lead the acquisition of new business by promoting card acquiring and alternative payment solutions to e-commerce merchants and partners.
• Develop and oversee a robust pipeline of potential clients across EU markets.
• Effectively position payment solutions by aligning product features with the needs and revenue targets of clients.
• Assess market trends, competitor offerings, and new payment methods to enhance the sales strategy.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
• Discover new verticals and growth opportunities to boost commercial success.
• Ensure precise CRM data management, sales forecasts, and reporting with meticulous attention to detail.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams (product, risk, compliance) to facilitate seamless onboarding and client success.
• Demonstrated success in FinTech or payments sales, specifically in merchant acquiring or alternative payment methods.
• Solid understanding of the e-commerce payments landscape, including payment service providers (PSPs) and payment flows.
• Experience engaging with international clients and navigating cross-border markets.
• Fluent in business English; proficiency in additional European languages is a significant advantage.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Self-motivated and proactive with a strong sales-driven mindset.
• Excellent organizational skills, with proven experience in effectively utilizing CRM systems.
