
Senior Sales Executive – Enterprise

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Responsible for establishing strategic, long-term relationships with key decision makers in customer organizations, OEM partners, ISV partners, and various regional business associates.
• Manage and surpass sales and margin objectives along with budget expectations.
• Identify new business opportunities and acquire new clients by showcasing Peak’s products and comprehensive solutions through presentations, sales meetings, and complex sales negotiations.
• Design and implement effective sales programs aimed at retaining and developing an existing client portfolio while attracting new accounts.
• Project long-term product sales, inventory levels, and product requirements.
• Ensure sustained customer retention and relationships by researching and nurturing both existing customers and new leads.
• Establish and maintain strategic, long-term business relationships at all organizational levels.
• Responsible for a designated territory and/or primarily Tier 1 accounts (Enterprise Level) through relationships with ISVs, OEMs, and proactive customer prospecting.
• Exhibit strong business insight when engaging with C-suite executives.
• Develop and present strategic account plans to executive leadership.
• Engage in extensive outbound business-to-business solution-oriented face-to-face sales, as well as telephone sales.
• Visit customer locations to comprehend their business needs and environment.
• Organize, create, and lead presentations and meetings to promote One Peak offerings.
• Collaborate individually and as part of a team to achieve or surpass individual and/or team sales objectives and targets.
• A 2-year or 4-year degree in business, marketing, or related fields (Direct sales and account management experience may be considered in lieu of educational qualifications).
• A minimum of three (3) years of successful regional sales/account management experience in either service or product sales.
• Previous experience selling technology products to industrial, supply chain IT, and/or operations customer segments.
• Experience in the AIDC industry is highly preferred.
• Prior sales experience engaging face-to-face with both current and prospective clients.
• Proven ability to cultivate and manage long-term, complex customer relationships, along with demonstrated success in negotiating intricate customer contracts.
• Familiarity with outside sales strategies and techniques.
• Experience with ERP and CRM applications.
• Capacity to present to regional partners to support the promotion of the company’s solutions.
• A problem solver who is an assertive team player, results-oriented, empathetic, and capable of networking and creative thinking.
• Must maintain a valid driver’s license and have access to a vehicle.
• A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle are necessary for traveling to customer sites and home offices.
