
Senior Sales Executive – Dental Sales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Build and sustain ongoing relationships with key decision-makers and brokers within groups.
• Provide service to both new and existing clients.
• Oversee the development of proposals as required.
• Organize and/or facilitate open enrollment meetings.
• Gain knowledge of competitive insights and trends in the employee benefits sector.
• Monitor all activities through the corporate sales system(s) and ensure timely submission of all reports.
• Attend and engage in sales meetings.
• Must be proficient in CRM systems (Salesforce).
• Expected to mentor and offer guidance to Sales Executives.
• A minimum of 7 years of progressive sales experience is required.
• At least 3 years in dental, ancillary, healthcare, or employee benefits is necessary.
• In-depth knowledge of the healthcare industry is essential.
• Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics is important.
• Expertise in preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and delivering oral and written presentations is required.
• Proficiency in basic software applications, including CRM (Salesforce), Microsoft Word, Outlook, and contact databases is necessary.
• Highly developed verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Ability to effectively persuade, negotiate, and consult with customers is essential.
• Strong understanding of local market dynamics, competitive landscape, and emerging industry trends is necessary.
• Knowledge of sales cycle management, including prospecting, proposal development, contract negotiation, and account retention strategies is required.
