This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri, +1 more state.
• Accountable for renewing and selling Westlaw, Practical Law, CoCounsel, and other cutting-edge solutions to mid-sized law firms.
• Employ a consultative sales strategy to effectively manage intricate relationships.
• Determine the optimal channel for customer engagement, primarily through virtual means.
• Assist in formulating and implementing strategies for territory growth.
• Identify and engage new customers, assess their needs, influence product strategies, and drive deals to completion.
• Concentrate on acquiring new logos and opportunities for mid-contract upselling/cross-selling and renewals.
• Maintain foundational knowledge across products within the sub-segment and collaborate with Sales Specialists when deep product expertise is necessary.
• Leverage an automated Salesforce workflow to advance deals and manage KPIs.
• At least 5 years of successful sales experience in a consultative selling environment targeting C-level executives.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Familiarity with sales concepts, methods, and techniques.
• Highly motivated self-starter with enthusiasm and drive.
• Strong communication and closing abilities.
• Efficient time management skills.
• Capability to work from a home office and travel to customer locations as needed.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Knowledge of West products, experience selling to large law firms, and a solid background in the legal profession and/or legal publishing industry is essential.
• High level of proficiency in internet, periodical, and internal prospecting.
