This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Propel growth by establishing new client partnerships, especially with large corporations and international mid-market firms.
• Spot opportunities for new customer acquisition to build long-lasting, trust-based client relationships.
• Assume complete responsibility from the initial customer interaction through needs assessment and consulting to proposal creation and contract finalization.
• Exhibit a convincing presence at trade shows, events, on social media, and during face-to-face meetings.
• Participate in projects aimed at enhancing offerings and refining internal sales processes.
• Track leads, opportunities, and activities within the CRM system.
• Strong drive to grow Xtentio, our clientele, and the sales function.
• Confident sales approach coupled with a curious mindset.
• Outstanding communication skills with the capability to cultivate robust, long-term customer relationships.
• Extensive professional network that facilitates quick wins.
• Enthusiasm for personal, face-to-face engagement.
• Ambitious and driven by success.
• Organized, punctual, and oriented towards meeting deadlines.
• Proactive and transparent communication style; fluent in both German and English.
• Background in technical or digital sales, complex solutions, or consulting services is advantageous.
