This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Indonesia.
β’ Identify and cultivate new business opportunities in Indonesia.
β’ Develop and oversee the sales pipeline through proactive outreach and networking efforts.
β’ Collaborate with the regional team to support complete sales cycles.
β’ Engage with HR, Finance, and Payroll stakeholders to gain insights into business needs.
β’ Present and position solutions that align with customer requirements.
β’ Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of the sales pipeline.
β’ 4β8 years of experience in B2B sales.
β’ Preferred background in HRMS, Payroll, SaaS, ERP, or outsourcing solutions.
β’ Proven track record in pipeline generation and customer engagement.
β’ Experience in managing or supporting complete sales cycles.
β’ Demonstrated ability to build relationships with business stakeholders.
β’ Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
β’ Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
β’ Solid understanding of the business landscape in Indonesia.
