This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Overseeing the entire sales process: from discovery and demonstrations to negotiation and closing deals.
• Identifying new clients through proactive outreach and participation in international conferences.
• Managing incoming SQLs from SDRs, BDRs, and marketing teams.
• Showcasing Voluum with engaging and value-focused demonstrations.
• Meeting and surpassing monthly and quarterly sales objectives.
• Keeping precise pipeline management using HubSpot or comparable CRMs.
• Establishing long-term relationships and recognizing upsell and expansion opportunities.
• Collaborating effectively with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
• Keeping up with industry trends in ad tech, affiliate marketing, and performance marketing.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in mid-to-senior B2B digital sales, preferably in SaaS.
• A proven history of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Exceptional communication abilities in English, both written and verbal.
• Confidence in leading product demonstration calls.
• Strong grasp of sales cycles, negotiation strategies, and closing methods.
• Familiarity with BANT or similar qualification frameworks.
• Proficient in utilizing tools such as HubSpot or other CRMs, Freshdesk/Zendesk, Teams/Zoom, Telegram/WhatsApp, and Outlook/Gmail & Calendars.
• Passion for attending global conferences (Miami, Barcelona, Bangkok, etc.).
• Knowledgeable in affiliate marketing, iGaming, or media buying.
• Proficiency in an additional language aside from English.
