This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Indonesia.
• You will be responsible for promoting SiteMinder’s products to clients and engaging in business development activities aimed at acquiring new customers.
• Your role will involve becoming a trusted advisor to hotel proprietors, helping them understand how our offerings can enhance their property.
• You will have the opportunity to learn about the challenges faced by accommodation providers and propose solutions that add value to their daily operations and overall profitability.
• Training will be provided on our products, the industry, and our sales methodologies.
• A dedicated sales coach and a buddy will support you along with your team leader, who will guide and inspire you to reach your professional objectives.
• Create new business opportunities and upsell to existing customers.
• Work towards achieving daily, weekly, and monthly targets while ensuring timely completion of all sales.
• Generate precise quotes and develop as well as present proposals to clients in a polished and confident manner.
• Negotiate contracts as necessary, maintaining a balance between optimal client service and SiteMinder's profit margins.
• Keep accurate records of your business development activities using SiteMinder’s CRM system.
• Relay client feedback on products to the Product Team to ensure that offerings are evaluated based on this feedback.
• Collaborate with local industry associations and travel groups to promote SiteMinder’s products and brand. Attend key events and functions, which may involve occasional travel to client locations for meetings with relevant managers.
• Candidates must reside in Bali or be within a commutable distance.
• Professional proficiency in English is required.
• Experience in Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) sales is preferred.
• A confident phone demeanor, with the ability to lead meetings with prospects fearlessly, along with excellent listening skills.
• Strong verbal communication skills to engage professionally with clients, both in writing and over the phone.
• Self-motivated and resilient, demonstrating the ability to consistently give your best effort each day.
