This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Conduct a significant volume of outbound sales calls to potential clients and qualified leads.
• Consistently meet and surpass monthly sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Deliver compelling and persuasive sales pitches over the phone.
• Identify the needs of clients and effectively position solutions to finalize deals.
• Manage and maintain an organized sales pipeline using CRM systems.
• Follow up with prospects and cultivate relationships to maximize conversion opportunities.
• Professionally address objections and transform challenging discussions into sales opportunities.
• Accurately document call outcomes, notes, and sales activities within the CRM.
• Collaborate with the broader sales team and management to enhance sales strategies.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s services and value proposition.
• A minimum of 4–5 years of experience in outbound sales, telesales, or business development.
• Proven history of consistently achieving or surpassing sales targets and KPIs.
• Strong closing abilities and the capability to confidently manage the entire sales cycle.
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills complemented by a professional phone demeanor.
• Experience using CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
• Highly self-motivated with robust time management and organizational capabilities.
• Ability to cope with rejection while maintaining performance in a target-driven environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly during sales discussions.
