This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Develop and sustain relationships with key decision-makers and brokers within groups.
• Collaborate with Group Services to fulfill client expectations effectively.
• Provide service to both new and existing clients.
• Facilitate open enrollment meetings for various accounts.
• Monitor activities and prepare reports for submission.
• Over 7 years of escalating sales experience.
• More than 3 years in the dental, ancillary, healthcare, or employee benefits sectors.
• In-depth understanding of the healthcare and employee benefits landscape.
• Significant experience in cultivating relationships with brokers, consultants, and key decision-makers.
• Skilled in Salesforce and Microsoft Office applications.
• Must hold a valid Driver’s license.
• Capability to work autonomously and effectively juggle multiple tasks.
