This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• We are seeking a dedicated and tenacious salesperson to promote our proprietary technology through web presentations, face-to-face meetings, and phone interactions.
• Leverage our lead sources to engage potential businesses and arrange in-person and web presentations with qualified decision-makers.
• Actively search for and recruit value-added resellers to enhance sales volume within our target hospitality and MDU market accounts.
• Skillfully deliver in-person and web presentations by applying effective sales best practices.
• Provide proposals that highlight the Verdant value proposition, guiding customers towards a purchase.
• Follow up with clients and prospects through email, phone calls, and onsite visits to facilitate the next steps in the sales process.
• Manage your sales pipeline utilizing a CRM and internal tools to achieve the shortest sales cycle possible.
• Comprehend the client’s business goals and cycles to identify portfolio opportunities and stimulate growth.
• Formulate account plans and strategies to meet revenue targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure an exceptional customer service experience.
• Engage in face-to-face selling at trade shows.
• Conduct on-site visits and coordinate pilot programs to grasp client technical requirements and build strong account relationships.
• Identify market influencers who can facilitate in-person and web meetings with key decision-makers.
• Strive to excel as a sales leader while being an excellent team player.
• A minimum of 5 years of inside B2B sales and account management experience, with a focus on in-person, phone, or web selling.
• A proven track record of achieving sales targets within a sales team environment.
• A self-starter with the capability to creatively and consistently generate new business without needing micromanagement.
• Quick learning abilities that enable you to thrive in new markets, with new products and technologies.
• Familiarity with commercial HVAC systems is a significant advantage.
• Business acumen and a sense of urgency to guide prospects through extended sales cycles.
• Highly comfortable with analytics and spreadsheets.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
