This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Estonia.
• Take ownership of the entire sales process, from generating leads to closing deals, particularly with technically advanced clients.
• Grasp and convert client infrastructure challenges into customized solution proposals.
• Formulate and implement sales strategies that are in line with Blackwall’s objectives for market growth and revenue enhancement.
• Discover and pursue new business opportunities within the hosting, cybersecurity, and infrastructure industries.
• Establish strong, consultative relationships with technical stakeholders, including leaders in engineering and IT.
• Work closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to deliver a unified customer experience and contribute to the product roadmap.
• Represent Blackwall at significant industry events and conferences throughout the region.
• Keep precise records in our CRM (HubSpot).
• Over 7 years of experience in sales, business development, or product roles within SaaS, cybersecurity, hosting, or infrastructure sectors.
• Demonstrated capability to sell technical products to both commercial and technical decision-makers.
• Experience in engaging with clients to understand their needs, challenges, and objectives.
• Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal; proficiency in another language is advantageous.
• A proven history of achieving or surpassing sales targets in a B2B setting.
• Highly self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working autonomously within a remote-first team environment.
• Previous experience in sales engineering, solution consulting, or technical presales roles is a plus.
• Familiarity with technologies such as CDNs, WAFs, APIs, or cloud infrastructure is a bonus.
• Practical experience with tools like HubSpot or other CRM systems is an added advantage.
