This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• You will serve as a link between intricate engineering and persuasive sales.
• Your objective is to guarantee that every Sales Engineer (SE) is a certified specialist capable of managing high-level technical conversations with confidence and authority.
• The Sales Engineering Enablement Lead plays a crucial role aimed at empowering and equipping Saviynt’s internal pre-sales engineering team with the skills, knowledge, and resources necessary to effectively demonstrate the value of Saviynt’s solutions.
• You will be responsible for creating and implementing targeted enablement programs that improve the technical expertise and sales capabilities of our pre-sales engineers, ensuring they are fully prepared to assist in the sales process, tackle technical challenges, and adapt to the changing requirements of our customers and market.
• At least 5 years of experience in sales engineering or technical enablement within the identity sector.
• You possess the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a manner that is clear and compelling.
• You have successfully developed enablement programs from scratch and are proficient in utilizing Learning Management Systems (LMS) and enablement platforms to scale them effectively.
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business, coupled with a strong understanding of the SaaS sales cycle.
• If necessary for this position, you will:
• - Complete security & privacy literacy and awareness training during the onboarding process and annually thereafter.
• - Review (initially and annually thereafter), understand, and comply with Information Security/Privacy Policies and Procedures, including (but not limited to):
• > Data Classification, Retention & Handling Policy
• > Incident Response Policy/Procedures
• > Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery Policy/Procedures
• > Mobile Device Policy
• > Account Management Policy
• > Access Control Policy
• > Personnel Security Policy
• > Privacy Policy
