This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with Account Executives throughout the entire sales cycle.
• Perform in-depth discovery to comprehend customer architecture, workflows, and business goals.
• Create and present engaging technical presentations, workshops, and proof-of-concept demonstrations.
• Act as the internal advocate for the customer.
• Assess customer environments and offer architectural recommendations.
• Contribute to the wider technical community.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Over 5 years of experience in a customer-facing technical position (pre-sales, solutions engineering, professional services delivery, or technical support).
• Practical experience with enterprise development in Java and/or C/C++.
• Strong background in Linux with a comprehensive understanding of the enterprise Linux ecosystem.
• Proven experience with the adoption and support of open source software.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.).
• Proficient in containerization and virtualization at a significant scale.
• Familiarity with HPC, scientific computing, or performance engineering applications.
• Solid theoretical understanding of both SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Established ability to clearly articulate complex technical ideas to diverse audiences.
• A genuine enthusiasm for assisting developers in achieving success.
• Strong preference for contributions to open-source technology and/or relevant experience.
