This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• You will cultivate and assist in an extended sales process, articulating and showcasing our platform to a variety of stakeholders.
• You will serve as a close partner to our Account Executives, collaborating closely to manage intricate relationships.
• You will assist with Proofs of Concept (PoCs), conducting technical product demonstrations and addressing concerns, while also aiding pipeline generation through secrets analysis.
• Design and implement custom workflows for our potential clients to illustrate the value of our product and how it integrates into their environment.
• After sales, you will address Tier 1 support requirements for your existing Enterprise clients.
• Collaborate with the Marketing and Product teams to develop all necessary technical materials for a deeper understanding of our solutions and the market's requirements.
• Extensive experience (4-7+ years) as a technical Sales Engineer in a Cybersecurity, DevOps, or DevSecOps-oriented setting.
• Strong comprehension of the modern Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), the distinctions between microservices and monolithic architecture, and the principles of Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD).
• Proven experience navigating complex sales cycles in large Enterprise environments.
• Well-developed project management abilities (both pre-sales and post-sales phases often involve liaising with multiple stakeholders across various teams, whether internally or externally).
• A customer-facing and sales-driven personality.
• Proficiency in Spanish (and/or Portuguese) is a plus!
