This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Facilitate technical discovery discussions, demonstrations, and solution scoping with prospects and clients in the enterprise and healthcare sectors.
• Collaborate with sales teams on proposals and discussions regarding product alignment.
• Work alongside product and engineering teams to communicate customer insights and influence roadmap priorities.
• Develop sales enablement resources from the ground up, including architecture templates and demo guides, while effectively operating without pre-existing frameworks.
• Oversee significant, high-priority strategic cross-functional initiatives.
• A minimum of 5 years in a customer-facing technical position, such as pre-sales or solutions engineering.
• At least 1 year of experience in the healthcare industry.
• Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration with account executives, engineering, and design teams.
• A degree in computer science or engineering, with robust technical fluency, including skills in Python backend development and familiarity with tools such as Lovable, Claude, or Cursor for building demos.
• Strong technical acumen with the ability to convey complex engineering ideas into understandable language for non-technical stakeholders.
• Bonus: Experience with voice AI/VAPI technologies and healthcare data standards (FHIR, HL7).
