This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.
• Assist in transforming the delivery of Competitive Intelligence (CI) by placing AI at the forefront.
• Leverage AI and advanced intelligence tools to identify signals sooner, enhance insight generation, reveal patterns across transactions, and convert extensive data into accurate, actionable recommendations for the field.
• Develop AI-driven content and enablement resources that expedite delivery and enhance decision-making processes.
• Concentrate on Proofpoint’s Data Security platform, which encompasses Data Loss Prevention, Insider Threat Management, and Data Security Posture Management.
• Establish robust technical expertise in these domains while maintaining a clear awareness of competing solutions and architectures.
• Over 5 years of experience in Technical Sales, Sales Engineering, Competitive Intelligence, or related roles within a cybersecurity company.
• Proficiency in utilizing AI or automation tools, or a keen interest in employing them to expedite research, synthesize data, recognize patterns, and provide actionable insights that enhance deal outcomes.
• An eagerness to continuously investigate new methodologies that enhance speed to insight and real-time impact on deals.
• Technical proficiency in one or more of the following sectors: CASB, Data Loss Prevention (for endpoint, cloud, email, web), Insider Threat or Insider Risk, Data Security Posture Management, or other related data security technologies.
• Capability to swiftly grasp new technologies, competitors, and market trends and apply this knowledge in real-time deal contexts.
• Excellent technical presentation and communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to articulate complex concepts into clear business value.
• Experience collaborating across functions with Product Management, Marketing, and Sales to shape strategy and positioning.
