This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Assist the sales team by providing extensive technical expertise.
• Facilitate product demonstrations and training sessions for clients.
• Comprehend customer requirements and create customized security solutions.
• Foster and sustain robust client relationships.
• Identify and assess new sales opportunities.
• Develop persuasive technical proposals and presentations.
• Keep abreast of the latest security products and industry developments.
• Collaborate with the technical team to ensure seamless solution deployment.
• Offer post-sales support and troubleshooting to guarantee customer satisfaction.
• Lead technical pre-sales initiatives, engaging with customers to comprehend their technical needs and challenges.
• Provide engaging product demonstrations and presentations customized to client requirements.
• Oversee and manage Proof of Concept (POC) engagements.
• Address technical objections and concerns effectively.
• Ensure successful customer deployments while delivering ongoing technical support.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline (Master's degree preferred).
• Over 6 years of experience in cybersecurity, with considerable experience in customer-facing roles such as Sales Engineering.
• Proficient in SaaS solutions.
• Knowledge of Identity Management: Traditional IAM concepts (authentication, authorization, access control, User Directories), Identity Governance (Privileged Access Management, User Attestation).
• Expertise in Cloud Platforms: In-depth knowledge of at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP) and its associated security services.
• Understanding of Cloud Security: Familiar with cloud security best practices (CSPM, CASB, cloud infrastructure security).
