This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with clients to identify their crucial data challenges, including high-frequency trading, genomics processing, AI model training, or sensor fusion for autonomous vehicles.
• Convert technical requirements into sophisticated, scalable storage solutions.
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales process.
• Design storage systems for AI/ML training, HPC simulations, data analytics, and GPU-accelerated tasks.
• Develop Bills of Materials (BOMs), system architectures, and technical proposals for intricate RFPs.
• Perform live demonstrations, proof of concepts (POCs), and performance evaluations.
• Integrate with GPU clusters, Kubernetes, cloud services, and AI frameworks.
• Work alongside Product and Engineering teams, leveraging insights from the field.
• Mentor colleagues and contribute to the advancement of technical thought leadership.
• Influence product direction based on customer feedback.
• 3-8+ years of experience in pre-sales, solutions architecture, or technical consulting.
• Demonstrated success in designing storage and infrastructure solutions.
• Practical experience with enterprise storage systems.
• Familiarity with AI/ML infrastructure, HPC, or high-performance workloads is preferred.
• In-depth understanding of storage and data architectures, including SAN, NAS, object storage, and parallel file systems.
• Knowledge of architectural patterns that ensure reliability, resilience, security, and scalability.
• Capability to articulate technical concepts to both engineers and executive stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
