This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Collaborate with sales teams to comprehend customer needs and devise customized solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to highlight features, benefits, and advantages.
• Create and present persuasive technical proposals and responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
• Offer technical expertise and support throughout the sales process, addressing technical inquiries and resolving issues.
• Engage with engineering customers to collect technical requirements and evaluate their needs.
• Develop and sustain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and nurture long-term partnerships.
• Work alongside engineering and product teams to guarantee that solutions are viable and align with customer expectations.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, product advancements, and the competitive landscape.
• Provide insights to product management and development teams based on customer feedback and market demands.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• At least five (5) years of customer-facing experience in applied HVAC solution design, HVAC design engineering, or Applied HVAC Sales.
• Willingness and capacity to travel up to 30% to fulfill customer and business needs.
• Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree, MBA, or relevant industry certifications.
• Demonstrated experience in a customer-facing sales engineering or technical sales role with successful project outcomes.
• Proven track record of driving sales growth, managing complex opportunities, and meeting revenue goals.
• Proficiency in CRM platforms and structured sales methodologies.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex technical information clearly and persuasively.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and product management.
