This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +3 more states.
• Serve as a strategic consultant for prospects, clients, and the UiPath sales team.
• Identify the advantages that Automation and AI can offer to current business operations, and assist in creating new, more efficient workflows utilizing UiPath platform features.
• Help achieve technical success and pinpoint high-impact applications of our technology within retail and manufacturing sectors.
• Collaborate with and coordinate the appropriate resources throughout the customer journey.
• Advocate for the benefits that Automation provides to organizations by merging a digital workforce with the immense capabilities of AI/ML technologies.
• Act as a thought leader on optimizing the UiPath platform, developing marketplace solutions, and creating industry-specific solution accelerators for Retail and Manufacturing.
• Comprehend significant challenges within Retail and Manufacturing, industry obstacles, and the opportunities they present for businesses.
• Team up with the sales group to establish account strategies, broaden our solution presence with clients, and determine desired business results.
• Construct and present industry-tailored demos and proof of value initiatives for Retail and Manufacturing prospects and clients.
• Facilitate process discovery sessions to grasp current workflows, develop a backlog of potential automation opportunities, and quantify the value that can be realized.
• Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to relay customer insights and continuously enhance UiPath offerings.
• Share insights and best practices with other members of the UiPath GTM team.
• Provide feedback to our product teams to foster ongoing innovation and increased customer satisfaction.
• Expertise in industry domains such as Retail, Manufacturing, Consumer Goods, Store Operations, Merchandising, Procurement, Finance, Customer Service, Supply Chain Operations, or similar sectors.
• Familiarity with common business processes in Retail and Manufacturing, including order management, inventory management, demand planning, procure-to-pay, invoice processing, production planning, quality management, customer support, workforce operations, and back-office automation.
• An understanding of technical environments and the capability to design intricate solutions.
• Proven experience in simplifying and articulating complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Knowledge of Lean Principles, Continuous Process Improvement methodologies, and best practices in operational excellence.
• Ability to empathize with colleagues and clients.
• A desire to learn and excel in your field.
• Receptive to coaching and adaptable in a dynamic environment.
• Experience interacting with Fortune 100 companies and addressing business challenges through technology.
• A background in consulting, sales engineering, industry solutions, operational transformation, or managing automation initiatives.
