This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
• Identify and cultivate new customer and partner opportunities by delivering sales and technical support, effectively communicating Cohesity technology to both business and technical audiences.
• Facilitate the smooth integration of Cohesity products into customers' production environments, ensuring optimal functionality and addressing their unique requirements.
• Aid in responding to inquiries and proposals from customers and partners.
• Oversee the secondary storage technology strategy for our key customers and partners, positioning Cohesity as the leading solution provider in the industry.
• Convey Cohesity's vision through compelling product demonstrations, workshops, white papers, and proposals.
• Conduct proof of concepts to illustrate the value and capabilities of Cohesity technology.
• Detect technical issues and work towards their resolution to guarantee customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate intimately with product management as a field representative, offering valuable feedback and communicating customer needs for product development and enhancements.
• Deliver project management and post-sales technical support as necessary, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the entire lifecycle.
• Proven success in a customer-facing pre-sales role proposing enterprise solutions at all levels within a customer organization.
• Experience collaborating with both clients and technology partners, building strong relationships and driving successful results.
• Demonstrated expertise in selling and implementing Enterprise Hardware or Software, Cloud Platforms, IaaS, PaaS, or Virtual Infrastructure software.
• Comfortable engaging with various decision-makers to drive proposals and secure business opportunities.
• Outstanding presentation skills, with the ability to clearly communicate technical and business concepts to both small and large audiences.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, facilitating clear and concise interactions with all stakeholders.
• Self-driven and proactive, capable of working remotely and independently to meet targets.
• Willingness to travel as required by the position.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
