This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Manage relationships with key OEM customers, focusing on both commercial and technical consulting.
• Enhance sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Acquire new projects while supporting ongoing projects in series production.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues from development, quality, and logistics.
• Maintain strong and consistent communication with customers to understand their requests, requirements, and expectations.
• Introduce products and ensure the efficient and effective management of sales projects.
• Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies.
• Prepare statistical sales plans, proposals, and review contracts in accordance with the Business Management system.
• Monitor, control, and negotiate pricing and project costs with customers and suppliers.
• Coordinate and manage sample orders during both development and mass production phases.
• Align closely with customers and DENSO's development and production teams, including business travel (EU & global).
• A university degree in mechanical, industrial, automotive, or electrical engineering, or a business economics education with an interest in vehicle technology, or equivalent qualifications.
• More than 5 years of experience in a comparable sales role.
• Strong persuasive abilities, sound judgment, and excellent negotiation skills.
• Capable of working independently and within international teams, demonstrating high commitment and initiative.
• Strong analytical and communication capabilities.
• Proficient networking skills.
• Excellent command of English and German, both written and verbal.
• Relevant professional experience in sales and project management within the automotive (supplier) industry is a plus.
