This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Manage relationships with key OEM clients, emphasizing both commercial and technical consulting.
• Secure new projects and oversee ongoing initiatives during the series support phase.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues in development, quality, and logistics.
• Maintain strong and consistent communication with customers to understand and capture their requests and requirements.
• Introduce products to clients and ensure the seamless execution of sales projects.
• Assist in the formulation and coordination of sales strategy development and implementation.
• Create both short-term and long-term sales plans and generate relevant statistics.
• Prepare proposals and review contracts in accordance with the Business Management system.
• Monitor, manage, and negotiate pricing and project costs with both customers and suppliers.
• Coordinate and manage sample orders throughout the development and mass production stages.
• Align closely with customers and DENSO development and production teams, including business travel (EU & global).
• A university degree in mechanical, industrial, automotive, or electrical engineering, or business economics, with a focus on vehicle technology or an equivalent qualification.
• More than 5 years of experience in a comparable sales role.
• Strong persuasive abilities, sound judgment, and excellent negotiation skills.
• Enjoys working both independently and as part of international teams.
• Possesses strong analytical and communication skills.
• Demonstrated good networking capabilities.
• Proficient in English and German, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional experience in sales and project management within the automotive (supplier) industry is a plus.
