This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Collaborate with Account Executives throughout the sales process
• Facilitate technical discovery sessions with potential clients
• Provide tailored demonstrations that align with customer use cases
• Design and implement Proof of Value (POV) initiatives with clear success metrics
• Address technical objections and inquiries related to security
• Assist in RFP/RFI procedures and conduct security due diligence
• Create reusable demo resources, templates, and communication frameworks
• Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to convey customer insights
• Guarantee a seamless transition to implementation and Customer Success teams
• 3–5 years of experience in Sales Engineering or Solutions Engineering
• Robust background in Application Security (AppSec)
• Capability to engage with technical security stakeholders such as CISOs and security engineers
• Excellent skills in demo presentations and technical storytelling
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business benefits
• Experience in managing multiple deals or opportunities simultaneously
• Practical experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS
• Familiarity with penetration testing tools or offensive security principles
• Experience executing Proof of Value (POV) initiatives, including scoping and implementation
• Proficiency in responding to technical RFPs/RFIs and security questionnaires
• Direct experience with penetration testing
• Background in early-stage or rapidly growing cybersecurity startups
• Experience in developing repeatable demo frameworks, sales tools, or scalable sales processes
