Senior Sales Engineer – Cybersecurity

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Dominican Republic.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Account Executives throughout the entire sales cycle.

• Facilitate technical discovery sessions with potential clients.

• Provide tailored demonstrations that align with customer use cases.

• Design and implement Proofs of Value (POVs) with well-defined success criteria.

• Address technical objections and respond to security-related inquiries.

• Assist with RFP/RFI procedures and conduct security due diligence.

• Create reusable demo assets, templates, and talking points.

• Work together with Product and Engineering teams to relay customer feedback.

• Ensure a seamless transition to the implementation and Customer Success teams.


⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Sales Engineering or Solutions Engineering.

• Strong background in Application Security (AppSec).

• Ability to engage with technical security decision-makers such as CISOs and security engineers.

• Excellent demo and technical storytelling skills.

• Capability to convert technical concepts into business value.

• Experience managing multiple deals or opportunities simultaneously.

• Strongly Preferred:

• Practical experience with cloud environments, ideally AWS.

• Familiarity with penetration testing tools or concepts in offensive security.

• Experience in conducting POVs, including scoping and execution tasks.

• Experience in responding to technical RFPs/RFIs and completing security questionnaires.

• Nice to Have:

• Direct experience with penetration testing.

• Experience in early-stage or rapidly growing cybersecurity startups.

• Experience in creating repeatable demo frameworks, sales materials, or scalable sales processes.
