
Senior Sales Engineer – Cybersecurity

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Collaborate with Account Executives throughout the entire sales process
• Facilitate technical discovery sessions with potential clients
• Present tailored demonstrations that correspond to customer use cases
• Design and implement Proof of Value (POV) projects with defined success metrics
• Address technical objections and inquiries related to security
• Assist with RFP/RFI procedures and security assessments
• Create reusable demo materials, templates, and presentations
• Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to relay customer insights
• Ensure a seamless transition to implementation and Customer Success teams
• 3–5 years of experience in Sales Engineering or Solutions Engineering
• Solid background in Application Security (AppSec)
• Capacity to engage with technical security stakeholders such as CISOs and security engineers
• Proficient in delivering demos and technical narratives
• Ability to convert technical ideas into business value
• Experienced in managing multiple deals or opportunities concurrently
• Practical experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS
• Familiarity with penetration testing tools or offensive security principles
• Proven experience in running POVs (Proof of Value), including scoping and execution
• Experience in responding to technical RFPs/RFIs and security questionnaires
• Direct experience with penetration testing
• Background in early-stage or rapidly growing cybersecurity startups
• Proficient in developing repeatable demo frameworks, sales materials, or scalable sales processes
