This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver technical presentations and demonstrations to illustrate the advantages and features of 8x8's offerings.
• Share industry, technical, and product insights with 8x8 partners and customers.
• Cultivate and sustain a comprehensive understanding of all applications and products offered by 8x8.
• Assist in crafting technical proposals and responses to RFPs to fulfill customer needs.
• Facilitate focused discovery discussions to comprehend customer challenges, current conditions, and desired results.
• Employ AI tools in daily operations to enhance productivity, speed, and quality of deliverables.
• Record actions and follow-up items in accordance with Sales Engineering best practices.
• Remain informed about industry developments, competitive dynamics, and the evolving landscape of AI tools.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a Sales Engineer, Solutions Consultant, or similar technical pre-sales position.
• Preferably possess direct experience in the CCaaS / CPaaS / CX sectors, though not mandatory.
• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related discipline, or have equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience utilizing AI tools in your current position.
• Awareness of AI-enhanced sales tools is advantageous.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong skills in delivering presentations.
• Proactive and action-oriented with a strong capacity for personal initiative and quick learning.
• Prepared to travel up to 10% within the region.
