This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Work closely with the sales team to recognize and assess customer needs, developing customized security solutions.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on our security offerings, keeping abreast of the latest trends and technologies in the security sector.
• Execute product demonstrations, technical presentations, and workshops for potential clients, highlighting the features and functionalities of our security solutions.
• Create and present persuasive sales proposals, technical documentation, and presentations that effectively meet customer requirements while emphasizing the unique value of our security products.
• Support the development and upkeep of sales tools, including product datasheets, whitepapers, and technical FAQs, to facilitate the sales process.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as product management and engineering, to provide insights on customer needs and contribute to the development of new security products and improvements.
• Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries, technical objections, and concerns, delivering accurate and relevant information to meet their needs.
• Stay updated on competitors’ security offerings and market trends, providing valuable insights and recommendations to the sales and product teams.
• Engage in post-sales activities, such as customer training, implementation support, and troubleshooting for critical projects as needed.
• A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in Cyber Security solutions, with familiarity in both endpoint and network solutions being advantageous.
• Previous experience in the Mumbai Territory.
• Demonstrated experience in sales engineering or a similar customer-facing technical role, ideally within the security sector.
• Extensive knowledge of security concepts, technologies, and industry best practices, including Network & Endpoint security, data protection, encryption, authentication, and cloud security.
• Strong presentation and communication abilities, capable of effectively conveying complex technical ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience in conducting product demonstrations and delivering technical presentations.
• Familiarity with sales processes and methodologies, with the capability to collaborate effectively with sales teams and contribute to the sales cycle.
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to comprehend customer needs and translate them into technical solutions.
