This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
• Generate new revenue through both new and existing accounts in partnership with sales and client management teams.
• Direct the solutions discovery process to assess technical, functional, and comprehensive value propositions for our brand and retailer solutions.
• Prepare and present sales presentations, proofs-of-concept, strategic recommendations, and product demonstrations, both in person and during screen share-hosted meetings.
• Analyze prospective and current clients' business objectives, data, and systems integration needs, recommending effective strategies to fulfill these requirements.
• Develop and present ROI analyses and business cases that quantify revenue impact, margin enhancement, and risk mitigation for economic buyers and C-suite executives.
• Engage economic buyers and executive stakeholders throughout the sales process, translating technical capabilities into narratives that demonstrate business impact and facilitate deal progression.
• Respond to RFIs and RFPs with well-structured, value-driven answers.
• Synthesize and prioritize client feedback, as well as competitive and industry insights, to advocate for and provide suggestions that enhance product and service delivery.
• Relay market feedback to product management and services for incorporation into future product innovations and service offerings.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure a smooth and strategic transition to service teams, sharing documentation of goals and requirements established during the sales cycle.
• A minimum of 3 years of presales consultative experience OR direct ownership of an e-commerce program generating over $10 million in GMV, including hands-on management of channel management or marketplace integration platforms.
• Must be located in Central or Eastern Time Zones.
• A motivated, polished, and technology-savvy professional.
• Hands-on experience in supporting teams to secure six-figure contracts against seven-figure goals.
• Proven track record of utilizing a formal value-selling framework (e.g., MEDDICC or equivalent) in complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes; capable of constructing and justifying business cases at the executive and finance levels.
• Familiarity with common client challenges within the retail and/or e-commerce sectors.
• Knowledge of the retail partner ecosystem, including marketplaces.
• Experience with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, etc.) to enhance your outcomes, including but not limited to drafting communications, data analysis, prompt engineering, and documentation.
