This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to collect customer requirements.
• Take responsibility for the technical aspects of the sales process.
• Identify technological trends within industry sectors.
• Utilize visualization tools to depict AI Agent design, integration points, data flow, and more.
• Review and draft API specifications for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Design and enhance conversational AI agents by developing, testing, and refining prompts to improve performance, tone, and resolution quality.
• Conduct hands-on trials with potential clients, leveraging their call center data to showcase the value of Replicant’s platform.
• Analyze conversational data to reveal trends, insights, and opportunities for automation or improvement.
• Convert findings into clear narratives that resonate with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Work collaboratively across departments with sales, product, and engineering teams to ensure trial success and alignment with stakeholders.
• Participate in customer meetings and offer technical support to Account Executives.
• Over 5 years of experience in a Solutions Engineering or a similar customer-facing technical role.
• A strong curiosity about AI and some experience in prompt engineering, whether formal or self-taught.
• Familiarity with APIs and authentication methods, such as REST and OAuth 2.0.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adjust your message for different audiences.
• A collaborative mindset focused on getting things done.
• A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience; your ability to learn and deliver is what truly matters.
• Bonus: Experience with tools like Salesforce, Zendesk, or working within/with call centers.
