This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.
• Delivering technical guidance and support for sales opportunities.
• Interacting with technical representatives from customer and reseller partner organizations.
• Performing product demonstrations and presentations for senior-level customer contacts.
• Composing formal RFP responses and formulating strategic implementation plans.
• Assisting with more intricate solutions and supervising the implementation and success of pre-sales proof-of-concepts.
• Proven experience in a technical and/or sales engineering capacity.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of networking and security technologies and services.
• Practical technical expertise across relevant cybersecurity areas (email security, insider risk/DLP, security awareness, endpoint, identity).
• Comprehension of spam, viruses, email security, and internet-based threats.
• Familiarity with email archiving solutions and the business drivers behind archiving.
• Insight into email management along with security and archiving solutions.
• Experience in the design, management, and maintenance of standard collaboration platforms, including Microsoft 365.
• Background in consultative selling of complex services.
• Familiarity with SaaS-based solutions.
• Adaptable mindset and eagerness to acquire new skills and disciplines.
• Experience working in an indirect sales environment is advantageous.
