• Collaborate with Strategic and Enterprise Account Executives to conduct technical discovery, customize impactful demonstrations, and create proof of concepts that illustrate the value of Jellyfish to CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and other senior executives.
• Convert business challenges into technical solutions, spearheading executive-level discussions that link R&D operations to business results.
• Share best practices and mentor colleagues in Sales Engineering and GTM to consistently enhance execution and effectiveness.
• Assist in establishing scalable pre-sales processes, optimizing demo environments, and developing resources that facilitate consistent team success.
• Work closely with Product and Engineering to voice customer needs and shape the roadmap by providing insights from the field.
• Aid customers in visualizing how AI-driven engineering intelligence, automation, and predictive insights can enhance developer productivity, planning precision, and strategic decision-making.
• Demonstrated success in leading intricate B2B software evaluations within Enterprise and Fortune 500 organizations.
• Profound understanding of software development lifecycles, engineering tools, and metrics (bonus if you have experience selling to the CTO / VP Eng persona).
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, particularly with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Flourishes in dynamic, ambiguous settings and takes initiative to drive outcomes.
• Experience in mentoring or advising other SEs or cross-functional partners.
• Humble, team-oriented, and driven by collective success over individual recognition.
• Bonus Points: Familiarity with SPICED, MEDDICC, or other consultative sales frameworks.
• Over 7 years in enterprise software pre-sales, preferably with a high-growth startup.
• Knowledge of DevOps, Agile delivery, or Engineering Productivity platforms.
