This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Cultivate and maintain both technical and executive relationships throughout the territory to promote preference for Illumio’s solutions.
• Deliver compelling presentations of solutions through live demonstrations and remote webinars, and support participation in trade shows, expos, and symposiums.
• Identify the customer’s desired business outcomes and align all sales activities to achieve these goals.
• Provide impactful demonstrations driven by use cases and customer narratives.
• Facilitate deal progression and Proof of Value (POV) meetings as required, whether in-person or virtually.
• Write blog posts, white papers, and other thought leadership content on behalf of Illumio for the security sector.
• Aid partners in their enablement efforts and in securing deals to optimize shared benefits.
• Over 10 years of industry experience, including at least 5 years in a pre-sales role managing enterprise accounts.
• Proficient knowledge in one or more of the following domains: cloud migration strategies, offerings from major Cloud Service Providers (CSPs), cloud-native development, containers and orchestration, and Infrastructure as Code.
• Familiarity with the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and relevant tools, particularly for cloud-native applications.
• Development or scripting experience is preferred. Knowledge of API usage and methods is a plus.
• Preferred industry certifications (e.g., CISSP, CCSP, CCIE, AWS Certified Security Specialty Certification, Microsoft Certified Azure Security Engineer Associate, Certified Kubernetes Security Specialist, etc.).
• Understanding of risk-based security assessments and frameworks.
• Experience managing both Windows and Linux environments.
• Exceptional presentation abilities for both technical and executive audiences, whether spontaneously on a whiteboard or through prepared presentations and demos.
• Capability to link a customer’s distinct business challenges to Illumio’s solutions.
