This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Japan.
• Technical proficiency - Candidates must exhibit extensive knowledge of our cybersecurity offerings, supporting the sales team in effectively presenting and positioning them to potential clients.
• Client interaction - Engage with prospective customers to comprehend their cybersecurity requirements, challenges, and infrastructure, ensuring that our solutions align perfectly with their needs.
• Product showcases - Deliver live demonstrations and proof of concepts for our cybersecurity solutions, customizing each presentation to address the unique requirements and concerns of the potential client.
• Solution design - Collaborate closely with the sales and product teams to develop and enhance our solutions based on customer feedback.
• Technical education - Provide training to the sales team on the technical features of our products to improve their sales effectiveness.
• Feedback mechanism - Communicate insights from the field to our product and engineering teams, aiding in the continuous enhancement of our offerings.
• RFP/RFI support - Assist in addressing the technical components of RFPs and RFIs.
• Post-sales assistance - Occasionally contribute to post-sales processes to ensure seamless implementation and customer satisfaction.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, cybersecurity, or a related discipline.
• Over 5 years of experience as a Pre-Sales Engineer/Solutions Architect, preferably in the cybersecurity field.
• Strong grasp of cyber threats, risk management, and cybersecurity solutions.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Capability to distill complex technical subjects for a non-technical audience.
• Highly collaborative with a proactive mindset.
• Language proficiency: Fluent in English.
