This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Facilitate technical exploration throughout the sales cycle, identifying partner program frameworks, CRM and tooling necessities, integration requirements, security considerations, and success metrics.
• Define, design, and implement proofs of concept that showcase the platform's capability to address the specific challenges faced by prospects.
• Take ownership of the technical closure process, which includes RFPs, RFIs, security questionnaires, and architectural assessments.
• Ensure a systematic hand-off from Sales to Onboarding for every finalized deal.
• Provide customized product demonstrations tailored to each prospect's industry, CRM setup, and partnership strategy.
• Create and maintain the SE playbook, encompassing discovery methodologies, POC frameworks, RFP repositories, and hand-off protocols.
• Over 5 years of experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Consulting, or Solutions Architecture within a B2B SaaS context.
• Demonstrated success as the technical lead on enterprise or mid-market transactions that involve intricate integrations and configurations.
• Proven experience managing proofs of concept from start to finish and influencing prompt customer decisions.
• Background in leading or participating in RFPs, RFIs, and security evaluation procedures.
