• Technical expertise - Candidates must exhibit extensive knowledge of our cybersecurity products and services, supporting the sales team in effectively presenting and positioning them to potential clients.
• Customer engagement - Engage with prospective customers to comprehend their cybersecurity requirements, challenges, and infrastructure, ensuring our solutions align perfectly with their needs.
• Product demonstrations - Conduct live demonstrations and proof of concepts for our cybersecurity offerings, customizing each demo to address the specific needs and concerns of potential clients.
• Solution development - Collaborate closely with the sales and product teams to design and enhance our solutions in response to customer needs.
• Technical training - Provide training to the sales team on the technical features of our products, empowering them to sell more efficiently.
• Feedback loop - Communicate insights and feedback from the field to our product and engineering teams, aiding in the continuous enhancement of our product.
• RFP/RFI assistance - Support in addressing the technical portions of RFPs and RFIs.
• Post-sales support - Occasionally assist in post-sales processes to ensure seamless implementation and customer satisfaction.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, cybersecurity, or a related discipline.
• Advanced degree(s) are advantageous.
• Over 5 years of experience as a Sales Engineer, preferably within the cybersecurity sector.
• Strong grasp of cyber threats, risk management, and cybersecurity solutions.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to clarify complex technical concepts for a non-technical audience.
• Highly collaborative with a proactive approach.
• Communication skills - Proficiency in business-level French and fluency in English.
