We are seeking a motivated Sales Engineer/Solutions Architect to join our team and assist prospects and clients in recognizing the genuine value and capabilities of our products and services.
• Technical expertise - Candidates must exhibit extensive knowledge of our cybersecurity products and services, supporting the sales team in effectively presenting and positioning them to prospects and clients.
• Customer engagement - It is essential to meet with potential customers to comprehend their cybersecurity requirements, challenges, and infrastructure, ensuring our solutions are ideally suited for them.
• Product demonstrations - Conduct live demonstrations and proofs of concept for our cybersecurity solutions, customizing each presentation to address the specific needs and concerns of the prospective customer.
• Solution development - Collaborate closely with the sales and product teams to design and enhance our solutions based on customer requirements.
• Technical training - Provide training to the sales team on the technical aspects of our products to improve their selling capabilities.
• Feedback loop - Communicate insights from the field to our product and engineering teams, aiding in the continuous enhancement of our offerings.
• RFP/RFI assistance - Support the completion of technical sections in RFPs and RFIs.
• Post-sales support - Occasionally assist in post-sales processes to ensure seamless implementation and customer satisfaction.
• A Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Over 5 years of experience as a Pre-Sales Engineer/Solutions Architect, preferably within the cybersecurity sector.
• A strong grasp of cyber threats, risk management, and cybersecurity solutions.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proven capability to simplify complex technical subjects for a non-technical audience.
• Highly collaborative with a robust sense of initiative.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in the English language.
