đź“‹ Description

• Act as a product authority within the Commercial team, comprehending the requirements of EnergyHub’s expanding utility client base and aligning them with suitable technical or service solutions.

• Engage in discovery sessions with both prospective and existing clients to identify business needs and significant challenges.

• Collaborate closely with the Product team to develop solutions that yield substantial ROI.

• Design and implement enhancements to EnergyHub’s proposal, contracting, and delivery processes using AI and automation tools.

• Gather customer feedback to aid EnergyHub’s Product team in shaping the product roadmap.

• Partner with EnergyHub’s product and marketing teams to ensure the accurate messaging of EnergyHub’s offerings to the market.

• Articulate the value proposition of EnergyHub’s platform, services, and program offerings to clients and prospects.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree and 5-7 years of experience in technical, enterprise software sales, product management, or related fields.

• Experience in the energy sector is preferred, particularly in demand-side or DER management.

• A strong sense of curiosity and a commitment to continuous learning.

• Exceptional project management and organizational capabilities.

• Comfortable with cross-functional and external communication with clients.

• Experience with platform integrations, APIs, and data transfers is preferred.

• Willingness to travel periodically (~10%) for client visits, prospect demonstrations, and industry conferences.

• Familiarity with SQL or Python, Cloud BI tools, and AI agents is preferred.

• Experience with enterprise-level process management tools is preferred.
