This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead high-level discussions focused on business outcomes, total cost of ownership, risk management, scalability, and long-term strategic value.
• Act as the primary solution leader for intricate enterprise opportunities from qualification to closure.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, and leadership teams to synchronize deal strategies and solution positioning.
• Create and communicate clear value hypotheses that align with client-defined success metrics early in the sales process.
• Conduct structured, consultative discovery sessions with senior stakeholders in Finance, IT, Operations, and Firm Leadership.
• Convert complex technical capabilities into engaging commercial narratives tailored for executive audiences.
• Design and present high-impact demonstrations and strategic workshops that meet client decision criteria.
• Assist in pricing and commercial discussions by emphasizing quantified business value and transformation results.
• Shape deal direction by identifying risks, competitive advantages, and opportunities for expansion.
• Serve as a senior escalation point during evaluations, resolving intricate functional or technical issues with credibility and calmness.
• Contribute to the evolution of pre-sales methodologies and consistently elevate execution standards.
• Foster a high-performance pre-sales culture through collaboration, knowledge sharing, and exemplifying best-in-class execution.
• Ensure disciplined deal execution through precise opportunity alignment and collaborative forecasting.
• Manage multiple concurrent enterprise pursuits with professionalism, responsiveness, and accuracy.
• Perform additional duties as needed to support departmental and company objectives.
• 6–8+ years of experience in supporting complex enterprise software sales (ERP, financial systems, SaaS platforms, or similar enterprise solutions).
• Proven track record of leading consultative, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles.
• Demonstrated ability to swiftly learn and articulate complex software platforms.
• Excellent executive presentation and storytelling skills, capable of translating technical capabilities into measurable business value.
• Experience with digital transformation initiatives, especially on-premise to cloud migrations, is highly preferred.
• Experience in competitive enterprise sales environments with multi-threaded stakeholder engagement.
• Background in finance systems, enterprise applications, or industry-specific enterprise platforms.
• Familiarity with Legal or Practice Management Systems (including 3E) is a plus, but not required.
• Strategic thinker with robust business acumen and structured problem-solving abilities.
• Strong executive-level communication presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% as business needs dictate.
