This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium.
• Collaborate with the Account Executive (AE), Business Development Representative (BDR), and sales management to qualify deals.
• Conduct Discovery meetings to gather insights from the customer and BDR about their business needs and technical landscape.
• Clearly communicate usage scenarios to both the Opportunity Team and the customer, highlighting the business value they seek.
• Utilize Dataiku to showcase the business value as defined in the usage scenarios.
• Develop projects and execute Dataiku demonstrations that effectively illustrate how to implement data science techniques within our software to achieve the desired customer outcomes.
• Organize and conduct Proof-Of-Concepts (POC) and evaluations by coordinating resources and co-developing data science projects with potential customers. Lead the joint team to implement the agreed strategy to demonstrate that Dataiku provides superior value compared to our competitors.
• Provide answers and technical guidance to the customer’s technical team regarding the showcased solution.
• Support sales pipeline development activities, including participation in live and/or virtual trade shows and industry conferences, collaborating with marketing and/or partners on campaign design and execution, along with other tasks as directed by sales and pre-sales management.
• Over 5 years of experience in predictive modeling and a solid understanding of relational data structures and SQL.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Dutch or French would be a significant advantage.
• Strong natural and intellectual curiosity, particularly regarding the use of technology to address diverse challenges.
• Preferred experience in the data science, analytics, or big data sectors.
• Familiarity with programming in Python or R is a plus.
• Experience with cloud infrastructures such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Background in Analytics/AI or other enterprise software.
• Experience in technical pre-sales or client-facing roles (consulting, etc.).
• Comfortable engaging with all levels of customer teams, from individual contributors to C-level executives, and/or a strong enthusiasm for public speaking.
