This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Offers assistance to the Sales team(s) with meticulous attention to detail.
• Conducts research, analyzes data, and documents findings comprehensively.
• May mentor, review, and/or assign tasks to other team members.
• Delivers expert technical training to clients and relays customer feedback for future product enhancements.
• Represents both the technical and functional elements of our product/service suite, demonstrating how these can benefit potential customers.
• Provides outstanding technical expertise and employs independent creative judgment in crafting technical and product demonstrations and presentations.
• Proactively identifies technical solutions necessary to align product designs with partners’ business needs by interpreting requirements for larger and more complex partner demands.
• Conducts proof of concepts with prospects on both technical and business levels to illustrate value.
• Uses discretion and judgment regarding product specifications needed to meet customer requirements, evaluates customer needs, and suggests solutions that maximize value.
• Works autonomously or collaboratively as part of a sales team with customers to position technology for both business and technical users in a consultative approach and through product capability assessments.
• Prepares, researches, and contributes to technical RFPs/RFQs.
• Acts as a vital point of contact for cross-functional teams, providing product knowledge and technology expertise through training, coaching, and product support.
• Continuously seeks to enhance professional and technical knowledge through ongoing training and education.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent business experience.
• Over 5 years of pertinent experience.
• Familiarity with a business process or management application.
• Proficient in using a CPQ tool.
• Experience with a CRM platform, such as Salesforce.
• Preferred: Background as a Sales Consultant.
• Preferred: Experience in related channels such as MDP, VAR, OE, TSP, Internal IT, and/or MSP+.
• Options for onsite, hybrid, or remote work based on location.
• Travel requirements may range from 20-30%.
• Occasional work outside of regular business hours may be necessary (e.g., conferences, events, securing deals, etc.).
