This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia.
• Assume responsibility for sales initiatives and enhance performance to reach the annual order and revenue objectives set by the organization.
• Implement go-to-market strategies, recognizing new business prospects and broadening market reach.
• Create and oversee sales proposals, tenders, and quotations, ensuring precision and prompt submission.
• Manage sales administrative duties, including order processing, documentation, and maintaining accurate sales records.
• Formulate and sustain sales forecasts, providing regular updates on pipeline status and business outlook.
• Conduct frequent follow-ups with clients, fostering relationships and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Engage in identifying prospects and developing a professional rapport to understand customer needs.
• Support business development efforts for potential clients within specified customer segments to align with the business strategy.
• Identify bidding opportunities, contribute to the preparation of bid responses, and negotiate with potential clients.
• Aid in generating new customer contact leads for the sales business development team.
• Assist in pinpointing potential target accounts and presenting them to the sales business development team.
• Engage in nurturing personal customer relationships with prospective accounts to influence opportunities.
• Occasionally participate in trade shows to enhance the organization's visibility.
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience OR recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Possess a bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in mechanical engineering.
• Have experience in sales, business development, or a similar commercial role.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer management abilities.
• Capability to handle multiple tenders and proposals concurrently.
• Proactive and results-oriented, with the capacity to achieve sales targets.
