This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver Technical Expertise: Assist the sales team by offering extensive technical knowledge.
• Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients.
• Engage with Customers: Grasp customer requirements and develop customized security solutions.
• Foster and maintain strong client relationships.
• Support Sales Initiatives: Identify and qualify new sales opportunities.
• Create persuasive technical proposals and presentations.
• Enhance Product Knowledge: Keep abreast of the latest security products and industry developments.
• Share insights to improve the team's knowledge and skills.
• Ensure Smooth Implementation: Collaborate with the technical team for effective solution deployment.
• Provide post-sales support and troubleshooting to guarantee customer satisfaction.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Over 6 years of experience in cybersecurity, with substantial experience in customer-facing roles such as Sales Engineering.
• Familiarity with SaaS solutions.
• Identity Management: Knowledge of traditional IAM concepts (authentication, authorization, access control, User Directories) and Identity Governance (Privileged Access Management, User Attestation).
• Cloud Platform Proficiency: In-depth expertise in at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP) and its associated security services.
• Cloud Security: Understanding of cloud security best practices (CSPM, CASB, cloud infrastructure security).
